Substitute, Competition Choreographer.

Katherine began feeding her passion for dance at the age of five. She continued throughout her high school career where she became a teacher and choreographer for the En Croix dance team at Crossroads UMC.  Engrossed in dance, she took her education further to Western Carolina University where she studied various genres of dance ranging from hip-hop, jazz, ballet, and modern. After that she went back to NC where she started teaching, specializing in pre-elementary dance education in ballet, tap, and jazz. She has taught and choreographed Ballet, Modern, Musical Theatre, Jazz, and Hip Hop classes. She enjoys choreographing solos and groups for the competitive stage. Katherine has a passion for teaching others how to express themselves through the art of dance and how to become more confident dancers.


Ms Viv- 


Alumni, Competition Choreographer.

Vivianne has been dancing since she was 4 and has been a student of Be Dance from the very beginning, and a student of Ms Reggy’s since before Be Dance started. She is trained in all styles of dance, but especially enjoys flamenco, jazz, and contemporary. She’s currently a homeschooled high schooler and a member of the Be Dance competition team, winning performance recognition, double platinum awards, scholarships, first place and other highpoint awards. She was also a Celebration Talent Dancer of the Year Finalist for 2021 and a top 5 Dancer of the Year finalist at Rainbow Dance Competition for 2022. She loves performing on stage, choreographing, and broadening her horizons as a dancer at conventions. She values stage presence and charisma, as well as practice and dedication. She loves working with children and teaching all styles of dance. She has grown so much as a dancer with Be Dance and is eager to share her knowledge and spread her passion to the next generation of Be Dancers!

Ms Reggy- 


Owner/Director, Baby and Mini Ballet/Flamenco, Flamenco, Acro, Company Rehearsals, Competition Choreographer.

Regina Lee, has been studying dance since the age of three. A proud wife and mom of three boys, she has 20 years of experience teaching and sharing her passion for dance to children and adults of all ages. One of Ms. Reggy's favorite experiences is when she was a  professional dancer with the Atlanta Hawks Cheerleaders. She is part of Calo Theatre Company where she acts and dances Flamenco professionally. Ms Reggy is an Acrobatic Arts certified teacher, and enjoys teaching Acro to beginner students all the way to advanced. As an Alixa Flexibility certified instructor, Ms Reggy is passionate about safety and progress when helping students achieve their flexibility goals. She is a member of the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO), and earned her Certificate in Dance Education through their Professional Development Institute. She is also certified in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT).
She has trained with the best teachers and choreographers around the world. Ms. Reggy continues to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the world of dance, always seeking further education and training. Her favorite is traveling to Spain to take Flamenco workshops from the very best!

Miss Scarlett

Ms Erica- 


Ballet, Company Ballet.

Erica  has been teaching classical ballet, modern dance, and other dance forms for over 15 years. Classically trained at a rigorous Vaganova ballet school in Seattle WA, Erica is passionate about the intersection of classical precision and individual anatomy. She is committed to helping dancers develop technically sound, sustainable movement that both challenges and honors the human form. Erica brings not only technical expertise but also a profound sense of care to her work. She recognizes the formative role of dance instructors, especially during adolescence, and strives to create a space where students grow both as artists and emotionally resilient individuals. Erica holds a degree from the University of Washington, and she lives in Smyrna with her husband, Trevor, and three kids. 

Ms Talia- 


Musical Theater.

With over 16 years of experience in musical theatre, Talia brings both passion and professionalism to the stage and studio. She’s held leading roles in beloved productions such as Hairspray, Fame, Guys and Dolls, Into the Woods, The King and I, The Music Man, etc. Talia has spent several years teaching youth and helping young performers build confidence, technique, and a love for the arts. She also teaches summer camps and Sunday school within her church community. Talia is excited to inspire the next generation of performers through the power of storytelling, movement, character building and music!

Ms Melissa- 


Office Manager, Summer Camp.

Melissa has a strong background in the visual art form of Color Guard, where the blend of technique, choreography, and equipment manipulation gave her a strong connection and love for all things related to dance, costumes, and props. Melissa co-teaches our Musical Theater summer camps, and has a heart full of creativity and a knack for organization. She is great at bringing sparkle to everyday tasks and blending structure with flair. With a background rooted in nurturing, multitasking, and making magic behind the scenes, Melissa brings energy, empathy, and just the right amount of glitter to everything she does. She has also been a company (competition team) mom for many years which enhances her well-rounded knowledge in all things Be Dance!

Ms Margo- 


Industry, Contemporary, Technique, Company Rehearsals, Competition Choreographer.

Margo Melancon is a Native of Houston, Tx. Since the age of 3, She has trained and competed in various styles including Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop. Margo instructed for HTEDance in Dallas, Texas where she received various awards for her jazz and hip hop choreography. Margo completed 2 seasons as a NBA dancer for the New Orleans Pelicans. She currently continues to pursue a career in commercial dance. She has been casted in films and tv shows such as Senior Year, Pitch Perfect, Honey 4, Step up: High Water, and American Soul. Her stage credits include BET Awards, Nelly, Teyana Taylor, Bell Biv DeVoe, Bobby Brown, Xscap3, and New Edition . 

Ms Caroline- 


Baby and Mini Jazz/Tap, Flamenco, Teacher Assistant.

Caroline is a company dancer at Be Dance. She has trained in all styles of dance for 8 years, and has been a teacher assistant for three years, starting on her fourth. She is a part of the KAR Pro:tégé program where she tours across the country with the convention, receiving advanced training from professionals and assisting their classes. She has also received many achievements at competitions and conventions such as first place, Celebration Talent Dancer of the Year finalist for the 2023 and 2024 seasons, scholarships and high score awards. Her newest achievement is being crowned the 2025-26 Star Talent Miss Teen Elite at the National Competition. Caroline is a student at Campbell High school, and is a part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, that is one of the most rigorous, advanced magnet programs in Cobb County. She values balance and always strives for excellence no matter what. Her favorite thing about dance is being able to express herself and push herself out of her comfort zone. She loves teaching kids of all ages inspiring them to be unique dancers. She is excited to continue to inspire young dancers and share her passion and love for dance with everyone!

Miss Imogen

Ms Courtney- 


Company Ballet, Pointe.

Courtney began dancing in her hometown of Macon, Georgia. She graduated from Dance Arts Studio, and also attended summer training programs with Boston Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, and the Joffrey Ballet School in New York, among others. Courtney received her BFA in Ballet from Belhaven University and began her professional career with Ballet San Antonio in Texas. Afterwards, she spent time in Seattle performing with Katy Hagelin Dance Project, The Cabiri aerial troupe, and Ballet Bellevue, where she first appeared as The Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker and Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty. From there, Courtney joined the Montgomery Ballet, where she performed Odette in Act II of Swan Lake, the title role in Giselle, and Spartacus Pas de Deux among others. Courtney joined the Georgia Ballet in 2014, where she performed many principal roles under the direction of Daet Rodriguez, including Lise in La Fille Mal Gardée, the title role in Carmen, and the lead in Paquita. Courtney has also appeared as a Guest Artist around the U.S. and in Canada, and has been featured in a music video for singer/songwriter Desmond Myers. In 2020, Courtney was awarded the Pandemic Atlanta Choreography Grant for her piece Clouds. Courtney is passionate about teaching the next generation of dancers and sharing her love of ballet with each of her students

Miss Bella

Ms Jill- 


Studio Manager, Jazz, Tap, Technique, Company Rehearsals, Competition Choreographer.

Jill grew up dancing in Buffalo, NY, beginning her training at age three. She competed in Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Ballet before earning a B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and a B.A. in Dance from Buffalo State College. Over the past 10+ years, Jill has choreographed and taught both recreational and competitive dance, and has also performed professionally in Atlanta under talent management representation.
Jill holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and is certified in Dance Rehabilitation. She is passionate about integrating her clinical expertise with her dance pedagogy to support dancers in achieving peak performance, injury prevention, and longevity in their training. Jill loves inspiring young dancers and helping them discover their confidence, creativity, and love for movement.

Mr David- 


Breaking.

David has 17 years of experience in the dance industry. He's opened up for Boys 2 Men, performed at the Universoul Circus, Tampa Bay Rays, the IIFA awards, and more. In 2012, David broke his neck at gymnastics and the following year recovered enabling him to teach and perform in India. In 2015, he spent 9 months touring with Epic Assemblies, traveling and sharing his story through the arts. David has done countless music videos and industry work including American Soul, Kai Cenat,  Big Boi, Super Bowl LIII, and much more. He danced for  Atlanta Hawks (A-Town Breakers) and was the  captain of the Atlanta Braves (ATL Breakers). Currently, he dances for Grammy award winning artist Lecrae and is touring with the party animals of the Savannah Bananas. His goal is to spread hope and inspiration through dance whatever way possible.
