Additionally, company members that are 11 years and older, get the opportunity to become teacher assistants where they get first hand experience and get to strengthen their leadership skills, practice taking initiative, and effective classroom management.
This is what we call our competition team, which is more than just a group of dancers, it's a family. United by dedication, artistry, and a shared love for dance, our team members train rigorously, support one another, and shine both on and off the stage. From local showcases to national competitions, our dancers consistently deliver powerful, award-winning performances that reflect their hard work and passion.

Interested in becoming part of our award-winning Company Team? We hold auditions in the Spring annually and welcome dedicated dancers eager to grow and excel.
Typically, we learn all group dances in May. Solo, duo, and trios for returning members are learned in the summer. Then we rehearse through the fall to be ready for competition season in the Spring.

We are dedicated to cultivating confident, technically proficient dancers while instilling life skills that extend beyond the studio. Our comprehensive training program (not listed on our regular Schedule page) includes:
- 5–6 hours of weekly instruction in ballet, jazz, lyrical, and acro.
- Emphasis on teamwork, discipline, and creativity.
- Opportunities to perform in regional and national competitions.
- Ability to add electives from any class listed on our regular Schedule tab.
