All classes have a specific dress code. If you already have what is required, you may wear your own clothes. If not, you may buy everything you need at the studio.
Hair must be up in a bun or pony tail for girls or boys with long hair. Have fun with it, hair style could be as simple or creative as you want. But please make sure it will stay up for the entire class so that dancers can focus on their moves without getting distracted by their hair. No jewelry please. Be focused, Be Dance!
Acro: Black leotard and black bicycle shorts (shorts optional), or black unitard. No shoes. Boys: all white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, black bicycle shorts, no shoes.
Ballet: Pink ballet flats, black leotard, pink tights. Pink pointe shoes for advanced students may be required. Boys: all white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, black bicycle shorts or leggings, black flats.
Ballet/Flamenco:
Baby- black leotard, pink ballet flats (no tights), flamenco skirt (no flamenco shoes). Boys: all white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, black bicycle shorts, black flats (no flamenco shoes)
Mini- black leotard, pink ballet flats, pink tights, flamenco skirt, flamenco shoes. Boys: all white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, black bicycle shorts, black flats, flamenco shoes.
Break and Pop: White t-shirt or studio shirt, athletic shorts or pants, tennis shoes.
Contemporary: Black leotard, convertible pink tights, no shoes. Boys: all white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, black bicycle shorts or leggings, no shoes.
Jazz/Tap:
Baby- Black leotard, black jazz leggings, black jazz shoes, black tap shoes, no tights. Boys: All white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, black bicycle shorts or leggings, black jazz shoes, black tap shoes.
Mini and Petite- Black leotard, black jazz leggings, black jazz shoes, black tap shoes, no tights. Boys: All white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, black bicycle shorts or leggings, black jazz shoes, black tap shoes.
Flamenco: Flamenco shoes, socks if needed (socks may not be worn for performances or recital, but are ok to practice with), black leotard, purple flamenco skirt (must buy at studio). Boys: All white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, comfortable black pants, flamenco shoes and socks.
Hip Hop:Black jazz sneakers, black leotard, black jazz pants or leggings. Boys: all white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, comfortable black pants, black jazz sneakers.
Jazz: Black leotard, black jazz pants or leggings, black jazz shoes. Boys all white t-shirt or studio t-shirt, black pants, black jazz shoes.
Musical Theater: Jazz dress code.
Pointe: Ballet dress code, plus pointe shoes.
Tap: Jazz dress code, tap shoes instead of jazz shoes.
